Let me say hello to you all. Unfortunately my hard drive went out and for the time being I'm relegated to occasionally using a friend's computer. Hence, my absence from this list.

I must admit that I was spurned on to hurry up and get registered here because several of my close friends on this list (who I respect enough to not name) sent me emails saying that ONCE AGAIN, John Sierra was attempting to trash my name on here. I'm an adult (unfortunately), so I won't reduce this to name calling or anything of the sort. What I will do is briefly clear up a couple things.

John Sierra bought a single package of cds from me about a year ago. They were very professional, well done cds, done in agreement with many of the band members. In fact, much of the music was provided by the original artists. Contrary to what John might say, this isn't a profit building scheme. I have been lucky enough over the years to be close friends with many band members from my time living in Hollywood and NYC. These people were thrilled to contribute to the continuation and spreading of their music.

All funds from sales of these cds went right back into creating more, tracking down more band members, etc. With the exception of John Sierra, everyone has been thrilled with it. I have a file full of emails from people thanking me and all the people I have worked with to create these cds. Here's where the problem started...

John bought some cds from me, did cheap knock off burns of the cds I did, then claimed that he "was only selling was he bought from Sandi...the American way". I'm not going to get into name calling, but that's a lie. I had friends buy his auctions just to see if it really was what I sent him. It wasn't. It was extremely cheap, poor quality garbage. When John finally got kicked off ebay for selling this trash as "original cds", he came up with a new account on ebay. He got kicked off again...and again. The bottom line is he is burning cheap photocopied crap and selling it. He knows what he is doing, and he knows why people are upset about it.

Unfortunately I've come to realize the many people on this list have come to experience the problems that associating with John Sierra have brought. I know people on this lists that have bought cds from him and never gotten them. I know band members who have been told John would come join their band, only to realize he was lying about it. I know girls on this list who have made the mistake of giving John their contact info, only to have him become a near-stalker of them. I know people who when they did finally get the "fan club cd" that John sent out, were unhappy to see it was such a poor reproduction of what started out as a high quality product.

You can all do as you wish, but it pleases me to know that all I've ever gotten from anybody on this list is support...

I look forward to actively getting back into trading with you all very soon! Take care, and stay glam!!! It's good to see the board up again!

As far as all the stuff with Glamdrummer..i have no clue about as i know nothing about Ebay and have never used it..i do however recall a couple of signings on Glamdrummers guestbook a while back from people saying how he`s pissed a lot of people off on Ebay(Shortly after...Glamdrummer`z site dissapeared)...but that`z not for me to speculate on as i have no idea of the whole score so nothing to do with me really...just saying...

As far as all you allegations go, the ONLY person that I ever spoke with and got contact info from off this board was Mandi. She said that she wasnt interested and that was that.

No it wasnt like that at all Sinn. I am not gonna get into that because Mandi might not want me too. She can talk to you about it if she wants, it was all innocent. It was way back when I first joined the board. Things arent the way that you might imagine. What I was trying to convey was that the allgation said I had contact info and I was stalking. I only talked to 1 female on this board and it was Mandi but it was very innocent. I was just making a point that Mandi is the only one that I have evr talked to and she never accused me of such a thing.

You all suck for selling someone else's art. Trading is a different story. And has anyone taken into consideration - when you're dealing with bands that are no more, sometimes the ex-singer may tell his friend... hey go ahead and distribute these if you want. Then ex-drummer who no one has heard of for years says - HEY i wrote all that music. You don't have the right to do this. See where I'm going. The solution is QUIT SELLING OTHER PEOPLE'S SHIT!!!!!! Trade it, give it away, spread the word of whatever great band it is... but DO NOT MAKE MONEY OFF OF SOMEONE ELSE'S WORK.

Sinn that is a great point and I was wrong for selling stuff that I shouldnt. I will admit it but its the liars that say ONLY they are allowed to sell it!!!!??????? I buy from someone and resale - PERIOD. I bought 5 revlon red cds. 1 for me and 4 to sell. If I was making copies I would of bought 1 and only one. That goes for all the other cdrs as well. About the Mandi thing and this is the last thing that I will say about it because its probably gonna piss her off that her name was even brought into this (sorry Mandi I was just trying to defend myself):

I never said that I hit on her. It was an innocent disscussion about my pic. on glitznet and she wasnt impressed. I didnt mean to come accross that way but that conversation was betwen me and her. It was over a year ago and I think that Sandi is making some pretty rotten alegations against me.I admitt to being a deadbeat seller but that is it and all the other things are lies pure and simple. It seems to me that SANDI can lie and its cool - I lie its shame on me. He can sell shitty cdrs and people are happy with him. I sell a cdr that I bought from him or elsewhere and I am wrong. That is a double standard.

Don't get buddy buddy with 16 year old girlies on the net. That will prolly land ya in jail. What one person views as an innocent conversation, someone less mature and "worldly" may view as stalking. It's a shame - but so true.

And most important. If attempting to portray yourself as young and single - you should prolly keep up that facade with the whole internet world. Thing is people talk. And you never know who is talking to who. AND THEN... you get a reputation as a liar.

ONE LAST THING:

I will not run from my wrongs. I will admitt what I have done wrong and move on:

#1. I have sold stuff that has taken me forever to mail out and people are pissed with me. They are right to be. I am still way behind on mailing stuff. I am wrong for this. I AM making it right though.

#2. I have done some bad trades (i.e. Chriss Sexx and Sasha to name 2)However I gave Chriss his stuff and 15 xtra brand new cds!!! I went above and beyond on that one. Sasha did contact me saying that she got the cd that I sent her. I am also making these trades right!

#3. I have wrongly sold cdrs! I did so to make money. I didnt copy these - I bought them from other sellers and resold them. I dont have the time, machines, or money to copy stuff. My invoices (and I keep them all just in case the copyright police try to accuse me of making copies, sure its still wrong but at least I can show that I am not the one who bootlegs them) show that I buy multiple copies of stuff. 5 of this one 4 of that one. 1 to keep and the rest to sell! This is something that I am stopping soon because there is too much heat and its pissing people off. Frankly there are people that cant get Revlon Red cds and would love to buy the cdrs just so they can have the music by this great band. If people KNOW they are getting a cdr and it makes them happy then I say If the cd isnt in print then they should be able to have a copy. IMHO but if a band dont want thier music sold this way then it should and will stop!
